Spotlight has failed to send the details of an alarm to PagerDuty (as configured in Configure Alarm Actions).

Verify the PagerDuty account is available. Verify the service’s integration type is API .

Verify this with PagerDuty. PagerDuty is a third party product.

Perhaps there is an issue with the Spotlight Configuration

Open this screen from the Spotlight Client

  1. Click Configure | Diagnostic server.
  2. Select Configure PagerDuty

Verify Spotlight has been properly configured with your PagerDuty details.
