This alarm is raised during a planned outage of the connection. Spotlight will resume monitoring the service at the end of the planned outage period.
Note: No new alarms are raised during a planned outage. Preexisting alarms requiring acknowledgment remain visible during the outage period and can be acknowledged.
How to check the planned outage schedule
From the Spotlight Client, click Configure | Planned Outage.
How to resume monitoring early
From the Spotlight Client, right click on the connection and select Resume Monitoring.
