This shows the total CPU utilization across all processors on the system. This is broken down on the chart between User Time and Privileged Time.
User Time
The percentage of CPU time that is being consumed in User mode. (User mode is a restricted processing mode designed for applications, environment subsystems, and integral subsystems.)
Privileged Time
The percentage of CPU time that is being consumed in privileged mode. (Privileged mode is designed for operating system components and allows direct access to hardware and all memory.)
