The Index Fragmentation Status alarm is raised when data cannot be collected.
Another process has locked the database or table. For more information, see the SQL Server | Databases drilldown.
When the alarm is raised, consider rescheduling the collection to a quieter time of day.
The data is collected again at the next scheduled time (by default every 24 hours).
