To create the support bundle from the Spotlight Client

  1. Click Help | Support Bundle.
  2. Select whether to capture logs from the current install (recommended) or all historical logs. The historical logs are large and usually not required.
  3. We suggest collections from the Spotlight Diagnostic Server be included in the Support Bundle, however you can choose not to include them. In a federated environment you can choose to include collections from all or selected Spotlight Diagnostic Servers.
  4. Click Collect.
  5. Select whether to open the folder containing the Support Bundle file or email the Support Bundle direct to Quest.
