Select Enable debug logging only when asked to do so by a Support Technician. When Enable debug logging is selected then additional information will be collected in the support bundle.
Enable debug logging from the Spotlight Client
- Open the Spotlight Client.
- Click Configure | Spotlight.
- Select Troubleshooting | Enable debug logging.
Select the desired behavior
Select Enable debug logging when asked to do so by a Support Technician.
Note: Debug logging is automatically disabled when the Spotlight Client is closed.
