You can use the Spotlight Enterprise installer to install Spotlight Enterprise and upgrade from Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.

The Spotlight Enterprise installer can be used to upgrade to Spotlight Enterprise from Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise 12.4 or later. To upgrade from Spotlight on SQL Server 12.4 or earlier version, first upgrade to 13.6.x and following to that upgrade to 14.0 and then upgrade to the latest version of Spotlight Enterprise.
